Our take
A shift towards remote and hybrid working has created huge organizational challenges for companies, such as onboarding, offboarding and managing remote employees. While companies like Deel and Remote.com support payroll processes, the management of equipment and software has been left out of scope.
Lendis is tackling this challenge. Its SaaS solution allows companies to digitally manage all their work equipment and software, and they provide easy access to inventory, from office chairs to laptops, using a subscription-based rental model. They handle the delivery and installation of equipment, repairs, on-site replacement, collection, and redistribution, and help customers to track and manage equipment across multiple employee locations.
Lendis is aiming to be the leading operating system for hybrid work in Europe. To achieve this, the team plans to double its Tech and Product teams and hire talent across the globe.
