The company's Care Management Platform is a way for families to schedule care visits, receive real-time updates from carers and a set of wellness data about their loved one. It aims to provide the highest level of personalised care to ensure the best help is provided.
After recent funding, Lifted’s future plans include optimising its service offering by widening carer recruitment and regulation. As well as this, the company is looking to developing its AI-based analytics to more rapidly predict and prevent health deterioration.
