I decided to join Lilli mainly because of their mission of helping people with disabilities to live independently in their homes, and appreciated the opportunity to use my time and skills for that purpose. Knowing that my work has a direct positive impact on improving lives makes me feel both humble and proud.

Many companies value the wellbeing of their employees, but I found that Lilli is really focused on that. Despite being a remote-first company, HR, the Management Team, and each colleague go the extra mile to make sure everyone is looked after.

Lilli is a fast growing startup, where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and shape the future of both the company and the product. During our frequent catch ups opinions and feedback are highly valued at all levels. Anyone can have a say about the company, the product, and suggest new ideas. It's an inclusive environment where everyone makes a real difference.

At Lilli we're all about helping people to live independently for longer. It's great to see the tools and services we've created being used by carers to make sure people are ok.

The people at Lilli are great. We all work really well together and are ambitious to change the care sector for the better. We're always there to support one another and have fun in the process.

I joined Lilli as an intern in the marketing department and I've really enjoyed it. I have been able to work on major things and have been able to directly make a difference and impact. There's so much opportunity to learn and grow your skills but also grow as a person. I've been fortunate to work across multiple teams and learn things I didn't expect to, and also been supported well by all the team - it's a lovely place to work.

Working remotely has been really nice and Lilli supports us to work from home with wellbeing support and home office support. I can work flexibly from wherever I want whether thats at home or out and can manage my life outside of work easily as it is remote.

Lilli is growing really fast - as a company we are gaining more people by the month and it's a really exciting time to be part of Lilli as we scale up. You do get a lot of responsibility with the rapid momentum, but it's exciting and keeps you busy rather than being idle which makes each day interesting.

I love the Lilli mission of empowering vulnerable people to live independently, safely and happily within their own home. It feels good to work on something that could have such a meaningful impact to people's lives and also improve care professionals jobs.

Lilli is a remote company which allows for great flexibility. If we want to meet up in small groups and collaborate that option is always available on an ad hoc basis and we meet up as a full company once a quarter too. It feels like the best of both worlds! You can choose what work schedule works best for you and are given the trust to manage that yourself.

The management team at Lilli are so approachable and supportive. They can always be reached if you are looking for feedback or have any concerns. It is a very flat structure and feels like all opinions across the business are considered and matter.
