Limbic

In my first few weeks at Limbic, I was immediately given autonomy to lead campaigns and contribute to shaping the messaging of some exciting product announcements. While this was a lot to take on at first, I felt inspired by Limbic's kind and ambitious team. The regular opportunities for feedback with my manager have been insightful and encouraging. Every week presents a new challenge and I'm always learning something new.

I've really enjoyed working with a team who is incredibly mission driven. Working at the sweet spot of tech and mental health was a personal goal of mine, and it's great to work alongside brilliant people creating tools that are actually making an impact.

My colleagues are all incredibly bright in their own way. Beyond the PhDs and professional accolades, they are genuinely passionate about making mental health more accessible and curious about the world around them. Everyone has a range of skills and interests, while remaining well versed in their respective fields. I feel inspired to create my best work because of them.

Everyone that works at Limbic is so nice you'll won't believe it. Everyone will support you and be there for you when you need it, it's a genuine pleasure to reconnect with your friends on a Monday morning!

At Limbic people's opinion and experience are valued, if you have something meaningful to contribute, people will not only listen but they will make sure you get the chance to run with it. This is a good place to make a difference!

Limbic is trying to make psychological therapy simple, easy and available to everyone. So many people struggle with mental illness and cannot find the help they need, building Limbic is to build the help and support they miss.

It's awesome to know that your work has an immediate positive impact on peoples' mental health wellbeing. Every Friday we read feedback that users who use our product give us, and it's the most rewarding feeling when you read that your work made someone feel safe to open up about their problems and at ease that they'll finally get the help they needed but were afraid to seek

We're working on a suite of products that augment the experience of everyone involved in the mental health industry, from greatly improving and speeding up the process of accessing mental health treatment to helping bridge the information gap between patient and therapist for improved quality of treatment

We're getting more and more recognized in the industry due to our innovative products and their impact, so we do business with more and more of the biggest mental health providers in the UK, which then means we're growing just as fast. I'm amazed by the excellence of each individual in the team and can't wait to see where we'll get as we grow more 💪

There are lots of opportunities for progression and many ways in which you can engage with other teams and learn new skills. The organisation is very open to diversifying skillsets.

It's wonderful to see the impact that Limbic is having on mental health clinicians and patients and it's something that genuinely motivates the team.

The team has very diverse skillsets and everyone brings their unique skills to the table. Importantly, the ego is left at the door and everyone is equally as supportive as they are clever.
