This means that Linnworks can provide a unique opportunity to unlock business potential for its clients in an increasingly busy online selling market. Its 2022 acquistion of inventory management software provider SkuVault will improve its offering to its customers, adding thrid party logistics and supply chain control capabilities to the platform.

Every month we have a showcase call via zoom in which the whole of the business is invited. The attendance for this meeting is over 90% and its an opportunity for departments to showcase updates that have happened within their department, a new product feature and we have had many CEO's of our customers come along, tell us about their journey with Linnworks and how our product has enabled them to growth in the US or in Europe. We have monthly - ask me anything questions with our Leadership team, this is an open forum where you can ask whatever you like and during our quarterly strategy meetings we have the opportunity to be heard, ask questions. I feel the improvements I have been able to make within the company shows they are willing to value what I do and the impact I can make to the business.

They have always been a remote first culture. We have all of the tech to support this but they also offer a Home Office Stipend as well as a monthly stipend to use a Co-Working space like WeWorks!

Everyone is always willing to answer your questions, we even have an application that allows us to have coffee break with other employees around the business (virtually) that you would never usually speak to! I love it! huge sense of community.
