At Localyze I met some of the most talented colleagues I've ever had the opportunity to work with and learn from. They have a genuine interest in technology and never stop learning and figuring out how to build better software.

Everyone at Localyze understands our mission. A lot of us have been through the struggle of relocating to a foreign country. We want to guide and help others who are currently in this process and by doing so we are changing people's lives every single day.

You can meet people from very different backgrounds at Localyze. We have regular coffee chats with random colleagues and it's very interesting to learn about who they are and where they come from. There's a very open culture. We're also a female led company.

Very transparent, collaborative and open leadership team that takes into account the perspectives and ideas of all areas and communicates company strategy and results.

I feel supported to learn in my areas of interest and that I am given the opportunities to expand my knowledge and take on new challenges. There's also an education budget.

I feel I am contributing to a great cause and that the company cares about having a positive impact in the world, going beyond the business goals and supporting causes that matter.

At Localyze I have the option to work remotely from anywhere, which enabled me to move to a different country, while continuing to work. I can be flexible, move to new places and see the world while working at Localyze.

The team energy at Localyze is amazing, I never had such great colleagues in another company. It feels like working with friends and growing together as a team.

My manager is very supportive and someone who I can trust. We care about each others professional and private life and I always have the feeling that I can share anything with them. They give a feeling of trust and helpfulness and are very understanding.

The company is focused on helping you learn through internal onboarding as well as allowing you to take courses that will help you succeed. There is also a generally helpful environment so you can ask questions and learn from any of your coworkers.

Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Localyze encourages team building through weekly meetings and opportunities to meet people who are on other teams.

As Localyze's mission is to break down borders and allow companies to create diverse, international teams, you can fully see this in our work environment as well. We are a diverse group from all over the world and that makes working at Localyze even more exciting.

We help people and families from all over the world to move their whole life to a different country/location which can be intense. We try to make that process as smooth and as easy as possible and be with them along the way.

We all feel passionate about the company's mission and want to make it the best company for customers to use and for everyone to work for!

Localyze is currently expanding across Europe, which means there are a lot of projects to work on as we grow and improve the product. There are multiple structures and processes to optimize or put in place, some of which I've never worked on independently so it's exciting!

I've been able to suggest new ideas and run with them with the support of my team lead and all the other teams that I collaborate with to get my work done. This is very important to me because I learn best while doing.

Everyone is really into the mission so super motivated. There's an open-door policy where you can reach out to anyone with any questions you may have about working at Localyze or if it's a team-specific question. Localitos are open, kind, and motivated.

Working for Localyze means contributing to building a borderless world! As an expat that has lived and worked across 3 different continents and having dealt with tiresome bureaucracy tied to relocation I believe reimagining how people move for work is an important and exciting mission!

Localyze is female-founded, and internationally diverse, with over 65% female representation across the workforce. In the world of tech this is almost unheard of. The mission to reinvent global mobility and build a world where companies can hire from everywhere, and people can work and live where they want to advocates strongly for a more diverse and inclusive world.

Each week at Localyze, all Localitos attend team a "Fiesta" catch-up where we hand out #kudos, share good news, discuss successes, and update the company on new features, releases, and what is being built. It's a time for everyone to come together and recognise achievements, share, and celebrate!
