Lofti's mission is to transform the property management experience to make it work better for everyone.
A lot of money and time is wasted in the property industry due to the absence of a channel of communication between different stakeholders that need to collaborate on property-related issues. Lofti is a cloud-based property management platform that aims to solve this problem by allowing collaboration between property stakeholders.
Lofti distinguishes itself by developing a community hub for renters, landlords, homeowners, property developers, and contractors, changing the current dynamic of the real estate market. In order to allow seamless communication, Loft has developed the UK’s first Uber-style booking system for vetted contractors.
Lofti operates in a niche that doesn't have any other direct competitors currently. They will be investing their recent funding into capitalizing on this opportunity by developing an Android app, expanding across the UK, hiring new talent and attracting new stakeholders to its platform. The company plans to launch into other European markets in the future.
