Lookiero's mission is to use style to inspire its clients to express themselves.
Lookiero is disrupting the fashion industry by delivering the convenience of e-commerce alongside the quality of personal shopping for today’s fussy consumers.
Uniquely for personal shopping services, the platform is inactive by default after setting up a profile. Instead, users initially provide their preferences and then regularly receive a handful of items to their doorstep, only paying for what they want to keep. Returns then inform Lookiero’s technology that tailors their next delivery.
The company already has over 3 million customers across 8 European countries, and expansion to the Netherlands and Austria is currently on the agenda with North America following closely after. Lookiero’s biggest challenge in achieving its ambitions will be its fight for market share with other venture-backed companies in the space like BirchBox and StitchFix, both of which have won millions of users in North America with similar models.
