The company has been faced with dropping stock prices as more companies began creating their own remote meeting software, but the company has faced this challenge by offering discounted shares, a tactic that successfully enticed investors, allowing the company to raise some much-needed capital.

The company has recently partnered with PGi Connect, which is expected to bring an extra 8,100+ enterprise customers to LoopUp’s current client list of 5,000, generating substantial revenue for the platform over the next year.
