At Lounge everyone takes ownership and pride in the work they are doing to achieve great results. Since joining the team I have been able to lead on many projects and see them through to completion. The team culture embraces coming up with ideas and making them happen yourself, and learning along the way.

Open communication is a huge part of Lounge's culture and sharing individual opinions is actively encouraged on a daily basis to challenge one another's thinking. It's recognised that everyone brings their own knowledge and skills to the table so everyone is asked to contribute their thoughts, even in their first week. Everyone in the team has regular 1-1s with both Co-Founders for upward and downward feedback.
