With clients as large as Vodafone, Boots, and Translink, it’s surprising that MMT describes itself as a medium-sized digital agency. Having been formed in 1999, business has grown over the years. It was acquired by the Be Heard Group in 2016, and was later bought out by MSQ Partners (who own a number of creative and client agencies).
MMT provides a suite of services that cover many bases in evolving a company for the digital world, from UX and web design to digital consultancy strategies. MMT may have many competitors in the digital agency market but they have decades of experience which really set them apart in the space.
One area of growth has been its focus on sustainability. Leading executive James Cannings has been working at MMT as a Chief Sustainability Officer and brings with him years of experience in the sector. This shift adds credence to the company’s focus on transforming clients' businesses, and its focus on strong partnerships having won MMT top awards at The Drum Recommended Digital Agency Awards 2021.
