Virtual reality training - the digital simulation of lifelike scenarios for training purposes - is shaping up to be a big market. PwC, for example, has estimated that VR training itself will be a $294 billion industry by 2030, and that it will boost the global economy by $1.5 trillion over the next 10 years. When you look at the data, this isn't surprising: studies have shown that VR learning is the most cost-effective way of learning, that 40% of V-learners' see greater improvements compared to classroom learning, and that V-learners are 4 times more focused during training than their e-learning peers.
MOONHUB, a startup founding in 2016, is fighting hard for market share in this highly competitive sector. Offering VR experiences which promise to be intuitive, engaging and effective, MOONHUB will be competing against the likes of Ovation VR, VR Vision Group and Class VR. In a market which is set for such strong growth, and therefore many new entrants, establishing a strong market position early on will be crucial to future success.
Now backed by investors, MOONHUB is focused on expanding its team and partnerships. Having already worked with the likes of ISS Security, KiddieCare Nurseries and Here East, getting more major clients on board quickly will be a key goal for MOONHUB.
