Founder Tom Lawrence is experienced in helping startups, having previously run the German division of Edelman Emerge, a global communication marketing firm. Inspiration for MVPR came after frustrations with PR metrics had failed to help improve communications. The company has hired another former Edelman executive, Camille Oster, and with her addition to the team, MVPR is focused on further developing and scaling its operations and partnerships while also driving employee development.
