Our take

The ability to coach staff effectively is an important skill for leaders, but developing this skill can be very difficult. Manageable solves this problem by helping managers to become better coaches.

Manageable was founded by an experienced duo of HSBC and Saatchi & Saatchi executives. This has enabled the company to identify key challenges facing business leaders. Manageable sets itself apart from other leadership training providers with its varied approach. It offers a mixture of expert coaching, peer group sessions and real experience.

Manageable's main challenge will be competing with leadership training companies, both new and longstanding. Increasing outreach will help to ensure this in the coming years.
