Our take

ManyPets offers pet insurance policies with generous pet health benefits, designed with the pets' needs in mind. Since 2017, ManyPets has helped to insure over half a million household pets. With more customers joining daily, the business is seeing considerable global growth.

ManyPets boast a number of awards within insurance and technology, ranking 30th on the Tech Track 100 (2020), they also won the Insurance Choice Awards (2020) for Best Pet Insurance Provider and Innovation of the Year.

However, 2023 was an eventful year for the pet insurance company, from pausing in the US market to exiting the Swedish market. Notably, the company recently announced a £42 million loss for the year ending March 2023. Despite these challenges, ManyPets remains resilient and forward-focused. With an eye on growth and innovation, the company is well-poised to navigate these shifts, learn from experiences, and continue making strides in the evolving landscape of pet insurance.

  • We believe diversity, belonging, and inclusion are more than just words or things we should be 'seen' to be doing. Having diversity at the core of our business makes us stronger and the responsibility for creating an inclusive workplace rests with all of us.
  • We believe Black Lives Matter and we want you to join a company that makes unbiased choices and is committed to being anti-racist
  • Our Inclusion aim: To build an inclusive culture throughout our business, with a focus on being actively anti-racist by driving change and challenging inequity
  • Everything changed overnight when the pandemic happened. Suddenly everything was different: whether we were in a home office, spare room, or makeshift desk: we were working on our own and dealing with Zoom calls, bad Wi-Fi, and a very different working day. We now work from home and our company office, so we've created our Making Work, Work guide, which explains it all: https://www.dropbox.com/s/r1x4d8j5wg7n8mi/ManyPets%20Making%20Work%2C%20Work.pdf?dl=0
  • If you'd like to read more about our approach to inclusion, you can read our pack here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/x8shhi5pghmqb9z/Our%20Approach%20to%20Inclusion%203.3.2022%20%28v.10.1%29.pdf?dl=0
