The one-stop-shop offering sets Marlowe apart and its holistic approach to compliance, helping businesses navigate complex regulatory environments and mitigate risks.
Marlowe has achieved significant success, including the recent sale of its GRC assets for £430 million, allowing the company to distribute a £150 million special dividend to shareholders and retire its debt. Looking ahead, Marlowe plans to focus on organic growth in its TIC and occupational health businesses, maintaining its leadership in compliance services.
