Our take

In the US, 25 million children ride more than 480,000 buses to school every day, but the management of student transportation has not evolved for the modern digital age. School administrators rely on a scattering of different apps for fleet management and updating parents, making for inefficient processes. Marvelbus sets out to deliver an all-in-one platform to manage these needs, and to raise student transportation into the modern software world.

Transportation management software solutions are no new idea, but platforms are not tailored for student transportation, which requires more strong communication options, such as for updating parents when a route has changed. This market gap has been seen by Marvelbus, but also by other young companies who aim to provide similar solutions. However, with such a large potential market there should be room for both the company and competitors to grow.

Marvelbus is in the pre-seed stage, and is beginning to build its platform and expand their team of engineers.
