Company mission

Matchable's mission is to match companies and their employees with unique, innovative skilled volunteering projects at non-profits and impact startups - so employees can upskill while making their biggest impact in the time they have!

Our take

Matchable pairs companies and individuals with non-profits and impact startups looking to effect social change through radical innovation, embedding social impact into business-as-usual practices. Wai Foong Ng founded the company with the aim of creating a platform that enabled people working in big corporates to meet people outside of their usual networks, inspire each other and help each other find purpose.

Matchable has experienced significant traction since launch in early 2019, and has partnered with companies such as Cazoo, Servicenow and Ella's Kitchen. In 2020, Matchable became a registered B Corporation.

Matchable was selected for The Escape 100, a well-known campaign highlighting the top purpose-led companies to escape to, ranking alongside social enterprise giants like Oddbox, OLIO, Too Good To Go and Moving Worlds.
