HR teams must build effective strategies, source underrepresented candidates, and analyze the impact of their program, but existing HR operating systems only provide limited software tools to aid this process.
Mathison provides an end-to-end DEI operating system, providing companies with the necessary software tools to set DEI goals, uncover and tackle hiring biases, recruit underrepresented candidates, and provide diversity training. This is facilitated through smart web-based recruitment browser extensions, in addition to a holistic dashboard which includes job application analysis and assessment features, a DEI goal manager, and a progress tracker.
Whilst HR operating systems are beginning to include DEI features within their software, Mathison has stayed ahead of the curve by providing its specialized end-to-end DEI platform, preventing companies from having to rely on limited and compromising features. The company also stands out with its unique CV and cover letter analysis tools, in addition to its anonymized Linkedin sourcing browser extension.
