Healthcare providers, whether doctors, nurses, or mental health counsellors, need to be licensed in the state where the patient is located, which can be an arduous task due to each state having different rules. Medallion's automation software solves these problems. It also focuses on payer enrolment, gathering information critical to insurers for providers to participate in their network, as well as credentialing.

Medallion plans to expand its engineering and operations teams, increasing its employee and management headcount in line with substantial funding rounds. With these strategic enhancements, Medallion is poised to further streamline healthcare processes and support the continued growth of the digital health market.
