Our take

Medicspot was founded in order to make primary care more efficient and accessible for all communities, helping to change lives with democratised access to transformative care. It sets out to create the world's biggest healthcare network to improve both accessibility and patient outcomes.

The last few years have highlighted the importance of access to primary care and the wide disparity between services in different communities. Medicspot is helping minimise this gap to give everyone more convenient access to healthcare by focusing predominantly on contact-free appointments. The convenience that is associated with online doctor consultation has been a large factor in its growing popularity- with the wider online doctor consultation market being poised to grow by USD 3.80 billion during 2020-2024.

Medicspot's focus is on growing its network of clinics across the UK. Part of this strategy is expanding the number of pharmacies it works with and to put pharmacies at the fore of primary care. Medicspot currently offers an array of telemedicine solutions for the NHS.
