Mentorjam's mission is to offer a unique approach to Employee engagement and knowledge sharing between members - through Mentoring, Coaching or Online learning.
Companies of all stripes are looking for ways to respond to new heights of authenticity and intimate connection demanded from their customers and employees alike. One channel fitting for this environment one-on-one mentorship.
While mentorship has been a valued channel for years, Mentorjam takes it to the next level with digital software solutions that can connect mentors & mentees at scale. Crucially, the platform is malleable making it fit for typical use-cases like internal employee engagement, as well as more niche contexts like trade and innovation groups.
The startup sees itself as adding additional value through its technology platform. To that end, the product will be refined to add further value through data-driven insights for customers.
The challenge for Mentorjam will be continually building a name for itself in a competitive and often confusing space for stakeholders.

When I joined Mentorjam 2 months ago in the Client Success team I was anxious and excited to work for a start-up company. However, the team could not have been more supportive and interested in my well-being in the company. The job in itself sometimes can be demanding but the team works really well together and everyone has the opportunity to share their feedback and ideas. I already started working on very interesting projects from week 1 with all support from our colleagues.

Communication is very open and feedback is constant. We have weekly 1-1's, Stand-ups and many other opportunities to get involved and share our ideas. Management is very interested in our opinions and you can really see they take into account and if feasible put in practice in a relatively short period of time.

We are given a budget for education, flexible hybrid working and good coffee! Management really cares about employees wellbeing not only in the workplace but also team bonding experiences as our Friday lunches and team drinks.
