Working in Italy as a non-italian speaking foreigner could have been hard but everyone in Mia helped and give their best in order to welcome and integrate me and I was rapidly feeling as a part of the team. People here are great and I'm always happy to see my team in and out of the office.

We have grown quickly, focusing on internationalization and building a strong, international partner network. From a team of 6 people to a team of 150 in less than 4 years.

The company product is a distinctive product for the digital world and somehow develops with the advancement of technology. so it enables me to learn everything that is changing and updating in the digital world. Moreover, the presence of experts in different teams in Mia Platform who are always available to give me information and teach me has paved the way for me a lot.

Through the hiring process and during the interview with my manager, they made it clear to me that they value retaining employees. I start as an intern and during on boarding and when they determined my tasks, it became clear that with mutual interest and effective cooperation, I will be able to stay in the company and follow my career here. This is very valuable for me because it gives me the confidence and assurance to focus on my activities in this company and to learn more and try to progress with the company. Being in a trustworthy environment generally motivates me to work on the Mia platform.
