To help people suffering with panic and anxiety in the short and long term
No two people are the same, which makes treatment for mental health issues a long winded process full of many potential remedies; some therapies may work for some, and not others. Mind Ease wants to combat this problem with a range of evidence base techniques for users to try, so they can find the one that works for them.
With their free app, Mind Ease has a wide range of different short exercises to provide relief from feelings of panic and anxiety. Endorsed by mental health professionals, the app boasts a large library of the "world's best" exercises for helping you grow and learn to understand yourself better.
The mental health app space is a crowded one. Mind Ease will have to push it's focus on free, short and varying mental health exercises if it wants to stay innovative in this rapidly changing industry, competing with giants such as Calm, MoodKit and Headspace.
