Company mission

Mitigant's mission is to make cloud infrastructure secure and resilient.

Our take

Ransomware and cloud attacks are developing fast, thanks to the increasing complexity of cloud systems creating vulnerabilities for underprepared companies - and the potentially high rewards for success. Mitigant is looking to help companies build the resilience of their cloud security posture through an approach that focuses on continuous security verification.

Traditional security verification methods are increasingly unsuitable for cloud native systems. The state of play for cyberattacks is developing so rapidly that any scenarios used to test the system may soon fall out of date. Mitigant’s security chaos engineering solution is more dynamic. It combines automation with deep cloud infrastructure integration to run novel scenarios that align more tightly with the kind of scenario any given infrastructure may actually find itself up against.

Currently in public beta mode, Mitigant’s software certainly looks set to offer a much needed solution to the fast-escalating risk of cyberattacks. With a highly experienced and tech-forward team at the helm, Mitigant’s progress could yield an important addition to the cybersecurity space.
