Our take
Job searching is never really an enjoyable pursuit but many companies are on a mission to make the recruitment landscape better for both candidates and companies. With ever changing economic landscapes, it can be hard for startups to get the initial boost they need when establishing a well-rounded team in their infant years.
Setting itself apart from traditional recruitment agencies and pushing its innovative ‘Talent-as-a-service” platform, Move is a hiring support service specifically designed for VC-backed, SaaS startups. The company specialises in hiring tech roles holding an expertise in more challenging sectors to hire for and in turn support fast scaling for businesses.
Founded in 2017 the company has worked with 200+ teams to place over 1000 people in roles in companies like Seedlegals and Monese. The company’s concept is fairly niche and as result presents pros and cons for its product; an ideal service for startups to build a talent filled team, but possibly not a necessity for startups to require this service amongst other recruitment trends. It remains to be seen just how this company continues to scale and grow its customer base.
