Our take

Our population is ageing and care needs are getting bigger, but home care budgets are under pressure and carers are overstretched. MyHelpa wants to solve this by providing comprehensive, accessible and easy-to-use care software to bring together local authorities, agencies, caregivers, clients and families.

Starting with the launch of the Intelligent Rostering System, MyHelpa's plan is to leverage AI to fully automate all manual home care administration processes to save time and money, increase employee satisfaction, reduce complexity, and ensure compliance. Currently, this is in the form of a new scheduling platform to help home care providers automatically roster their care teams in minutes, free of charge.

MyHelpa's initial focus is on selling its technology to UK-based independent home care agencies. Early testing with its clients has so far been successful, and the company plans to release new modules and more features in the coming years.
