Company mission

Myagi’s mission is to improve the “Knowledge Supply Chain”: the path information takes to get from its start to end, across multiple companies and teams and people.

Our take

Myagi was launched in 2014 as a response to co-founder Simon Turner’s own experiences of communication breakdowns in sales. Because of the way Channel Sales works, important info that’s supposed to make it from the supplier to their partners’ frontline sales teams is often misunderstood or lost. Myagi fixes that by digitizing the knowledge transfer process entirely from start to finish, creating stronger sales and better relationships with their channel partners.

Current features of the platform include Strategic Targeting, Up-to-date Announcements, Push Notifications, Track Engagement, Data Analysis, Direct Communication, and Receiving Feedback.

Myagi has a number of competitors providing learning management systems, such as Litmos, Mindflash, and Docebo, although it primarily targets corporate environments. Myagi’s main competitor in the retail space is Expert Voice, a platform that has had considerable success in the U.S. market. Myagi’s strong point of difference is in their SaaS pricing model, which allows retailers and brands of all sizes to use Myagi without upfront investment, benefitting their business significantly.

In a growing global market, it can be hard to achieve consistent success. Myagi’s digital “knowledge supply chain”, backed by a team with strong experience in tech and business, looks to keep optimising sales with their active users. Its focus on the “knowledge” rather than just practical sourcing in sales supply chains sets it apart from other key players in the industry.
