To make people as happy as they can possibly be at work.
Mystery is looking to help businesses boost and measure corporate morale through events and rewards. Its end-to-end platform helps deliver and measure morale-building activities to see what works, and is a conceptual development of a company that began back in 2019 arranging mystery dates.
Mystery’s 2020 scale-up was hampered somewhat as in-person events were taken off the table. However, the company took this opportunity to pivot again, refocusing to prioritize high-quality virtual events. The company has delivered these to hundreds of companies to date, including big names like Amazon, Starbucks, and Microsoft.
Precisely how employee’s relationship with rewards and morale-building activities will change over the coming years is hard to predict. However, Mystery’s proven ability to adapt to radical market shifts speaks to flexible leadership and business model. With many teams adopting hybrid approaches on a more permanent basis, Mystery’s ability to deliver competitive and popular online events is likely to continue serving the company well.

Mystery believes in human first, employee second. They treat you like an adult when it comes to your schedule and your overall work. We talk about tough conversations regularly which I think is important.

We talk about tough conversations regularly which I think is important. There's always a sense of "open door" conversations. C-Suite is always accessible for conversations and information.
