Company mission

To democratise company mobility and make it sustainable.

Our take

In recent years, the growing awareness of climate change has driven a global shift in transportation choices. A notable trend is the increasing adoption of flexible and sustainable mobility budgets for employees, opting for these over traditional company cars. Europe is at the forefront of this movement, with governments offering subsidies for rail and public transport, benefiting both employees and employers.

NAVIT, formerly known as RYDES, recognises this opportunity and stands as the first all-in-one mobility budget platform for employees, granting access to various transportation options. With NAVIT, companies offer their teams a monthly budget through its app, providing flexibility to use ride-hailing services, car subscriptions, or public transport without upfront payments and individual cost submissions.

Though currently only available in Germany, the company successfully secured its first funding round in early 2023. Armed with this new capital, NAVIT plans to enhance its platform and expand its services internationally, aiming to bring sustainable mobility solutions to a broader audience.
