Napier's growth since its inception (and since I've joined) has been fast and well-architected. Roles are not created and filled for the sake of it but rather focus on areas of key resource needs. Roles are always filled by individuals that excel with regards to the base requirements of a role, and (crucially) are excellent cultural fits.
