According to the founder Franco Fubini, people are becoming increasingly disconnected from how fruits and vegetables grow, leading them to demand a narrow range of seasonal food that is produced all year round. This is damaging the planet and resulting in tasteless produce. Natoora sets out to change this by supporting sustainable farming practices and providing consumers with fruit and vegetables produced during their real seasonal window.
Natoora is a premium fresh produce supplier and retailer. It sources fresh produce for restaurants as well as supplying business-to-consumer retail operations and partnerships with supermarkets such as Ocado and Waitrose.
Natoora's main priorities are international expansion and the diversification of its revenue sources. As part of this initiative, the company has launched a home-delivery program in the UK which provides customers with chef-quality produce delivered straight to their door.
