Company mission

To give everyone a voice at work by leveraging the power of AI & video.

Our take

Creating an inclusive work environment that takes everyone’s opinions into account is a difficult and complex process. It can involve countless surveys, meetings to coordinate and hours of analysis time spent on decoding the results. To help streamline these processes, making sure all groups have their opinions heard, Natter has created an AI & video powered conversational platform to ‘give everyone a voice at work’.

It's product enables companies to run 100,000 person focus groups, with the results instantly analysed by AI, producing key insights and suggestions for improvement. This rapidly speeds up decision making processes, ensuring all voices across the business are heard.

Natter has grown fast, enabling tens of thousands of people to share their ideas, communicate effectively and bring in an abundance of diverse perspectives in these focus groups. Already, its working with big name companies like Deloitte, Legal & General, and Miro, and has backing from Village Global (the venture firm backed by Reid Hoffman, Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerberg)so it will be exciting to see how the company continues to grow.
