To improve the way the world selects its leaders.
Navis offers an Operating System where independent executive search consultants can access the same tools, deal flows and research as global recruitment firms. The startup is attempting to capitalize on three industry trends in one go.
First, the growth in demand for recruitment and search professionals (which increased almost seven-fold between 2020 and 2021. Secondly, the shift to solo working that many executive level search professionals have taken, and thirdly, the growing demand for vertical tech stacks designed for independent workers.
It’s an ambitious goal, but the company’s founders are well in tune with their industry. All three members of the leadership team have come from The Big Search, a well respected executive search firm for high-growth tech companies.
The startup is still in its infancy having only launched in 2021, but the building blocks are in place for a period of growth and potential investment.
