Banking on consumers being willing to pay for their privacy, Neeva is taking on the industry giants.

The company has so far raised over $77m from Sequoia and Greylock Partners, their latest investment round will be directed towards the further development of the foundational infrastructure required to make search better in commercial verticals. The addition of search features not available on Google will give subscribers the benefit of browsing the internet, documents, calendars and mailboxes stored on their cloud platforms, all in one place.
