Our take

The Liberty platform comprises several solutions including Liberty Create – a low-code app development accelerator – and Liberty RPA, that uses AI to automate certain processes. Having operated in the industry since 1997, Netcall’s products demonstrate an ability to innovate alongside changing technologies, which is promising for the company as it continues to grow.

Netcall’s platform is used by hundreds of organisations, spanning industries such as financial services, local government, and healthcare. The company won a lucrative contract with an S&P 500 international financial services firm, which not only increases Netcall’s exposure in the financial services space, but also showcases the utility and quality of the Liberty platform – opening up the possibility of reaching new big-fish clients in the future.
