To help companies and other litigants settle disputes efficiently and affordably, changing the everyday legal game.
It’s well established that traditional courts and arbitration systems are difficult to navigate, time and admin-intensive, and can run up huge legal fees. In the US alone, the annual cost of litigation is nearly $500 million.
In a bid to make these processes much easier and faster, New Era ADR offers companies, attorneys, and individuals a dispute resolution platform, which connects them with legal professionals and crucially, offers legally-binding decisions.
While the legal industry has been comparatively slow to adapt to the tech revolution, there has been a nascent growth of tech startups in the space of late, many focused on the general public. It looks like New Era ADR, though available for individuals, is geared more heavily towards B2B, which could prove very lucrative.
The platform has already been used by a number of Fortune 1000 companies, which will boost its reputation considerably. Now fresh from a major funding round, the company is preparing for a significant scale up.
