Company mission

To help companies and other litigants settle disputes efficiently and affordably, changing the everyday legal game.

Our take

It’s well established that traditional courts and arbitration systems are difficult to navigate, time and admin-intensive, and can run up huge legal fees. In the US alone, the annual cost of litigation is nearly $500 million.

In a bid to make these processes much easier and faster, New Era ADR offers companies, attorneys, and individuals a dispute resolution platform, which connects them with legal professionals and crucially, offers legally-binding decisions.

While the legal industry has been comparatively slow to adapt to the tech revolution, there has been a nascent growth of tech startups in the space of late, many focused on the general public. It looks like New Era ADR, though available for individuals, is geared more heavily towards B2B, which could prove very lucrative.

The platform has already been used by a number of Fortune 1000 companies, which will boost its reputation considerably. Now fresh from a major funding round, the company is preparing for a significant scale up.

  • Human First – We are an ambitious, goal-driven team that prioritizes the health and well-being of our coworkers, our partners, and ourselves. Our policies, employee benefits, and practices are designed to support work-life harmony. We recognize it’s not just a balancing act, but that stability at work, at home, and everywhere in between is essential to our ability to show up in every situation at our best. We also see that stability can’t be achieved through mere policies or processes. We hold ourselves and each other accountable – ensuring our work and actions offer the necessary support and flexibility to tend to commitments in each of these areas of our lives. By holding space for the fluidity of life, we find more flow in our days, benefiting everyone and everything, including our bottom line.

Dismantling the unnecessary hurdles and complexity of traditional dispute resolution is at the heart of our rooted belief that the law should be accessible to every person at every level of every organization and community. Everything we build is intended to streamline the ADR experience to get to the core of resolving disputes effectively and efficiently.
  • Transparency and Integrity – We mean what we say, we do what we say we’ll do, and we do the right thing even when we know no one’s watching. We speak our minds, listen intently, and hold ourselves accountable. Our M.O. is to advance with pure intentions, no hidden agendas or special conditions. We know the availability of crucial information is required for honest collaborations, building trust, and empowering individuals to make big decisions. Transparency and integrity are not only integral to pursuing our mission and meeting our collective goals, but vital to conducting our business with fairness, integrity, and accountability.
