Our take

For many video content creators, building an audience can be challenging. Newsflare solves this problem by providing creators with an online licensing and marketing platform.

Newsflare was founded in 2017, and since then it has grown into one of the biggest companies of its kind. As of 2021, it had paid out over £8 million to video creators, testament to the value of its platform. The company now boasts the biggest collection of rights-cleared videos in the world.

Newsflare raised a further £5 million in funding in 2022, which it is using to accelerate its expansion into new markets such as Southeast Asia. This will allow the company to further scale its platform and user base, and to remain a dominant figure in the market.
