Easy automation is attractive, as it means high-growth businesses don’t have to wait for external teams for consultations, nor do high-volume operations become an issue as the company scales.
Next Matter appear to be making modest first steps in what is proving to be a fast-growing market. Digital transformation efforts have been spreading across industries as diverse as retail, fintech, and manufacturing, accelerated by major business upheavals over recent years. This means more companies than before are shopping around for new digitisation solutions. Moreover, and for similar reasons, no-code/low-code has proven something of a disruptive market trend in recent years, with these software solutions seeing big revenue boosts.
Next Matter certainly have netted some fast-growth clients, including HelloFresh GO, Wefox and Tink. They may, however, need to both build on and consolidate this position, as the no-code internal tools market is increasingly competitive.

I have not received a "no" as an answer so far in any of my requests for flexible time. While the work gets done, and you are available at some point during the day to sync with your colleagues, everybody is happy. Some people start very early (6am) and others finish their day late in the night when they feel more active.

They take very serious transparency and honesty, which is not just a marketing slogan that is written on the website. This is a lead thought example (as many other things in NM): all employees know the good and the bad parts of our product and the company state, and people are encouraged to raise their voices and ask, and no answer is left without an answer. In general if there is something bad, you can feel things will move to fix them.
