To provide exciting, immersive gaming experiences for sports lovers. It produces quick session, mobile based head-to-head sports games, partnered with the NBA, NFL, NFLPA, and NBPAA.

Our take

The genre of sports represents a huge portion of the interest in video games in the U.S, yet officially licensed mobile sports games are generally unsuccessful. Long term partnerships with game-giants such as EA have been relied on for the annual success of console releases, but the level of quality found in these games is simply not comparable to mobile versions.

Nifty Game partners with American sporting associations such as the NBA and NFL to develop and publish officially licensed gaming title. The developer released its first game ‘NFL Clash’ back in 2020, and has recorded growing interest and adoption amongst avid football fanbases.

Whilst sports games are certainly nothing new, Nifty Games has recognized the huge gap in the mobile sports gaming market and partnered up with the key organizations. The company has stated that they are currently focused on developing basketball and American football games, but they plan to form further sports partnerships in the future.

Having studied at the University of Boston, Jon worked for 3 years as Publishing Director of Pulse Entertainment and founded Eight Cylinders. After working at On2 Technologies, Massive Inc, and Mad Catz, they founded Nifty Games in 2009.
