Since joining NorthRow, I've had the chance to master several new coding languages and earn fresh AWS certifications, all fully supported and encouraged by the company. These skills have been put to use in engaging projects, with dedicated mentors ensuring my progress and well-being along the way.

The atmosphere at NorthRow is incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though we operate remotely. Our quarterly meetups provide an excellent chance to deepen connections with colleagues and build relationships beyond your immediate team, whilst participating in a fun activity!

From a technical management perspective, it's fulfilling to know my work supports cutting-edge solutions combating financial crime. By contributing to the company tech stack and infrastructure, I've seen teams collaborate more effectively, streamline processes, and drive business growth whilst ensuring security and compliance. Knowing my work directly contributes to Northrow's mission to revolutionize AML and KYC, making a real difference in the industry, is incredibly rewarding.

I've seen first hand how collective efforts from my own and other teams has resulted in great solutions that were built from hard work and collective dedication. It's great to work alongside so many talented and dedicated individuals here, everyone's voice is heard and everyone is valued which fosters a great culture.

There is not many places I've worked which manages the balance of flexible working so well until I started at NorthRow and had my eyes opened. The leadership teams understand that everyone's work style is unique and is happy to accommodate flexibility, as long as work gets done they promote a healthy work life balance.

The people are what make NorthRow special. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, and I've made some genuine friends through work. The company culture encourages social activities which really helps you bond with everyone and develop meaningful relationships.

The team energy has really excelled over the last year. Members are always keen to help others and will always make time for one another. It can be fast paced, but that's what makes it exciting and draws the team closer together, making sure we deliver value to our customers.

I was immediately given various responsibilities which made me feel like a core member of the engineering team. I was given ample support throughout these tasks and heavily encourage to ask questions. Hierarchy is very flat and it's incredibly easy to get help when needed without being babysat or micromanaged.

Everyone is very open. Felt right at home from the get go and the flat structure makes it it easy to talk to anyone no matter their position in the company.

Incredibly open; very easy to message someone and set up a quick chat. Everyone is encouraged to voice opinions during meetings and there is a considerable effort made towards transparency across teams and positions.

My manager is brilliant! He cares about me as a person, as well as my career development. I get so much support and have the freedom to learn, try new things and tackle tasks the way I want. There is a lot of trust which I've not had in previous companies before, which helps to build a great team dynamic and culture.

Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. We have company events which take place every 3 months and they are always a great laugh. People really care about you as a person and it's great to be able to have fun with your colleagues on a daily basis

NorthRow have a great flexible working policy. It's so nice to be able to work from your local cafe, when you need a change of scenery, or shift your hours to better accommodate your work-life balance. We even have the option to work abroad which I've never come across in previous companies before!

Great time to be involved in NorthRow as we push hard to accelerate sales, having cracked product-market-fit. Challenging and exciting! Plus a really good team to work with, lovely people.

Warm, welcoming team, very open and helpful. Made onboarding very pleasant and quick so I was able to hit the ground running. Everyone is very approachable and willing to help.

The specific situation NorthRow is currently in, where we have proven product market fit, and need to drive our GTM hard and scale sales, offers a lot of learning opportunities around go-to-market, pricing, positioning and more.

When i joined my manager supported me through out and help be build my profile stronger. They have supported during my tough time and also help with other supports

3 members of our team have already progressed within the space of a 6 month period. This business is one of the only organisations that say they will and then deliver.

Today our CPO (Chief Product Officer) completed on his house. Tonight, myself and my family are celebrating for him. Now, I'm not particularly close to him but I know how much it means to him and his future wife and therefore that feels super special!

We work hard but we enjoy the ride. We're well recognised for that hard work and and we believe in winning together.
