Our take

There are now over 450,000 small-medium sized businesses using Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA) services to sell their products. But while they rely on Amazon’s operational expertise, the eCommerce giant has failed to provide any refined customer analytics tool for their FBA users.

Nozzle solves this problem by using Artificial Intelligence to create actionable data built from Amazon’s granular raw datasets, available via API through a self-serve SaaS tool. This unique approach delivers greater value for sellers than marketing agencies at lower cost.

The company is aiming to speed up product development on the engineering and data science teams as well as invest in business development to reach 1000 customers.

While Nozzle are doing a great job of solving a tough problem for merchants, they will always face some platform risk and must be wary of Amazon changing either their APIs or their whole service model for customer insights on behalf of merchants.
