To accelerate digital transformation by overcoming the challenges of storage in a cloud-native world, enabling our customers to build stateful applications in Kubernetes for any application, on-premise, or any cloud.
38% employee growth in 12 months
Ondat, which until 2021 was known as StorageOS, provides a Kubernetes-native storage platform for technology, development, and DevOps professionals, which allows them to deploy any data service with high performance, availability and security.
A major part of the company’s rebrand and shift in focus specifically towards Kubernetes is down to a change in how developers and DevOps teams now run projects – with open-source container orchestration system Kubernetes becoming more and more popular and influential.
Ondat has taken the right steps with this slight, but significant, change in direction by hiring a number of executive and advisory board members like Richard Olver, formerly of StackRox, and Cheryl Hung, formerly of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation/Linux Foundation.
