Company mission

To change people's relationship with alcohol by offering access to 28, 90 & 365-day Alcohol-Free challenges, an amazing global community, podcasts, blogs, specialised coaching and more.

Our take

Almost a third of drinkers in the UK are drinking at increasingly high-risk levels, and yet there have been deep cuts made to addiction services since 2013. OYNB is hoping to provide a solution to this current reliance on alcohol.

Its online toolkit includes challenges, webinars, training with experts in fitness and diet, and access to an online community. Its programme is one of the most popular in the market due to its effectiveness, having a 95% success rate. The key to OYNB's success seems to be encouraging those signing up to undergo a mindset shift rather than simply quitting alcohol entirely.

It is partnered with WeightWatchers and over 80,000 people have used OYNB's service across 138 countries. OYNB is continuing its global growth, enhancing its app technology, and further scaling its lifestyle support system.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at One Year No Beer

  • We want to help people around the world to transform their relationship with alcohol. To do that we need a variety of perspectives – it's why we strongly encourage members of underrepresented communities to apply.
  • Research shows that some people are less likely to apply for a role unless they are 100% qualified. Buck the trend.
