Our take

OneID is a unique digital identity assurance network - connecting banks, consumers and businesses - placing the consumer in control of their data privacy and validated digital identities. The company enables a low entry cost to participation in secure customer consent based digital identity exchange.

Its solution uses Open Banking protocols to enable consumers to authorise the sharing of validated identity data. It provides a simple, secure, and frictionless online onboarding process for businesses, dramatically simplifying the customer sign-up journey and combating fraud.

Importantly, OneID is committed to being a privacy-focused free-to-use solution that doesn't store or sell customer data. The company is committed to further enabling social and economic inclusion for all members of society by creating an assured and trusted digital identity.
