Its strength lies in the popularity of its product with its customers, who are reached through Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok more than via traditional advertising. With its responsive customer support and sleek yet comfort-focused designs (for instance, no front seam!), it is garnering a relatively small but loyal base to build its brand on.
Oner Active is looking to build on its strong start by taking on new talent in design, events management and marketing, to help it extend its product range and reach new customers. It also plans to develop its shopping platform by implementing functions that have become common among its competitors, for instance holds on items in the basket and an expanded range of payment processors. If these steps enable it to break through to a wider audience then Oner Active is in a good position to build a significant business.
