The company has a very people-driven approach to everything they do. Each year, there is an employee off-site retreat, which allows employees to unwind and get to know each other on a personal level. Last year it was Portugal, and this year it's in another great beach destination. The team is also very supportive, where providing ideas is encouraged, and makes you feel like you're providing great impact in your day-to-day. Feels like mental well-being is just as important as the work at hand. Overall great place to work!

Each month, we have a town hall discussing the achievements of the company, and shouting out the ones that have done well. It's a great environment where everyone acknowledges other peoples achievements respectfully, and each individual achievement feels like a collective one.

Being a relatively growing company, there are many positions and roles to fill and thus, there are opportunities to progress. They often hire and promote internally, which allows long serving members to progress through the company as it inevitably grows.

Everyone at Onetrace is committed and energised by the idea of providing a necessary and seamless product and the idea of expanding and evolving is a big focus. People are open to all suggestions and often ask for your opinion on processes, ways of working and softwares you may have experienced in previous jobs, in an effort to refine Onetrace processes and see if they can learn from your experience. Everyone takes each other's opinions on board and you feel free to speak up as a new joiner.

We have regular check ins most days to keep up to date with what everyone in the immediate team is working on. We are all welcomed to sit in on product demos, onboaring training and client meetings to learn more about the product and ways of working.

The success of the company and possibility for expansion makes it clear this product is needed and sought after. I have heard users say they have tried competitors and come to Onetrace because it offers them what they need in a simple and understandable way. The product design team has a clear plan of the future of the product and all the areas we can refine and add requested features.

Small but growing team, I was made to feel welcome straight away. Onboarding was thought out both for the company as a whole and the team I joined. Hybrid working from really nice Canary Wharf offices also means there is a good buzz around the place.

Genuinely on the cusp of being able to dominate the product sub-category, with customer base having doubled year-on-year. Competitors don't have as scalable a product, and recent legislation mean the sector of construction it serves is in need of a tool such as Onetrace.

Founders come from both construction and software development and have bootstrapped the company - with a focus on getting things right, rather than rushing to market, which means being given the time to develop solid plans. As well as an openness to trying to be innovative where there are opportunities to do this.

It's interesting to learn about an industry that is in itself just starting to grow. I learn daily from clients I am talking to about the work that they carry out. The company being a smaller startup as well has meant there was opportunities to learn outside my current role as a standard.

Ideas are always welcomed. There is a general sense that everyone can improve on what they are doing, including the management/owners. It's a nice atmosphere to be in. If someone is doing something wrong it is addressed in a very nice way that helps you grow.

As the company is a startup it is growing very fast. We only had 7 people working at the company and now have 17. The amount of clients that we have as well has doubled year on year. Great for the sales team! great product!
