The company is backed by a team that has years of experience in the construction industry, and so has witnessed firsthand the need for better ways to manage projects. Onetrace has worked with the likes of Bellway, L&Q, the NHS, and Berkeley Group.

The company has a very people-driven approach to everything they do. Each year, there is an employee off-site retreat, which allows employees to unwind and get to know each other on a personal level. Last year it was Portugal, and this year it's in another great beach destination. The team is also very supportive, where providing ideas is encouraged, and makes you feel like you're providing great impact in your day-to-day. Feels like mental well-being is just as important as the work at hand. Overall great place to work!

Everyone at Onetrace is committed and energised by the idea of providing a necessary and seamless product and the idea of expanding and evolving is a big focus. People are open to all suggestions and often ask for your opinion on processes, ways of working and softwares you may have experienced in previous jobs, in an effort to refine Onetrace processes and see if they can learn from your experience. Everyone takes each other's opinions on board and you feel free to speak up as a new joiner.
