Our take
There has been a massive increase in demand for eCommerce delivery services, resulting in warehouses and stores being unable to keep up with last-mile delivery expectations.
Onfleet provides a routing and dispatching platform that automatically assigns delivery jobs to drivers based on proximity. This results in a service comparable to 'Uber for last-mile deliveries', and aims to reduce the pressure on a company's internal delivery driver team.
Onfleet also optimizes driving routes by location and traffic conditions, whilst providing an integrated chat platform for drivers-to-dispatchers. A range of monthly plans are provided to clients, and the company has secured various large partners such as Kroger, Gap and Drizly.
