Our take
Online Filings was founded as a software company to simplify the way entrepreneurs start and run their businesses. By creating tools to deal with business-related administrative tasks, entrepreneurs are able to focus on growing their businesses.
These tools allow users access to features such as insurance policies, card reading machines, and business bank accounts. It's an all-in-one HMRC and Companies House registration filing platform that gives users instant access to the secretarial software and cloud-based filing developed in-house by Online Filings. Its direct electronic link with Companies House means that all of this software is authorised and tested by the government.
In addition to starting a company, it offers users compliance features - including changing company details, dissolution, and file confirmation statements - and tax services, such as VAT, PAYE, and Self Assessment registration. Online Filings' fast and easy process, team of experienced agents, and turnkey solution give entrepreneurs all they need to start and run companies online.
By simplifying the starting and running of companies, Online Filings has grown extensively since its founding in 2017, helping thousands of entrepreneurs as well as building strong partnerships with companies including AXA, Iwoca, and Barclays.

(Founder & CEO)Prior to Online Filings, Xavier was worked in Financial Instructions Coverage Europe for RBS. Before that, they worked in Utilities, Energy Spain & Portugal Coverage for Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking, and also served as a Merger & Acquisition Analyst for ABN AMRO Corporate FInance Paris.
