Company mission

To create and curate a community-powered knowledge base filled with ops-specific content, tools, resources, and workshops to help operations professionals not only survive but thrive, at every stage of their ops career.

Our take

Operations Nation is a community-driven knowledge-sharing and events-hosting platform that aims to empower Operations leaders. Startups are hiring COOs and other Ops staff much earlier in their lifecycle as they look to scale, and so Operations Nation is positioning itself as a resource and support hub for sharing and accessing best practices.

Though still in its early stages, Operations Nation is fast becoming an important ecosystem for knowledge sharing, best practices and career development. The fact that the ecosystem’s three female co-founders are esteemed Senior Ops professionals themselves, with backgrounds at companies like Kibun Consulting, AZA, Sphere, and Reframe technologies, bodes well.

The company has been focusing mainly on producing content and organising conferences and other events while securing sponsorship from industry stakeholders. The next big step will be to grow its member community, in turn building a richer ecosystem to offer more value, inspire a broader audience and solidify its position as a leading knowledge base for Operations leaders.
